About images to submit
If you are a tournament official, please open the tournament software or the ITF site, which can only be viewed by tournament officials, and take a screenshot while identifying yourself.Be sure to hide unnecessary information such as passwords, phone numbers, and personal addresses.
Recommended procedure
- Log in to the management screen for tournament officials.
- Displays the tournament name, the person in charge screen, the name of the person in charge, and the relationship with the tournament.
- Confidential information is hidden by blacking out or cropping.
- Attach the image to the form.
Points to note
- The same email address that has been confirmed for the first time isNo need for confirmation images from the second time onwardsIt will be.
- While waiting for confirmation, please do not resubmit using the same email address and wait for the review results.
- The image will be used only for identity verification purposes.
