Request for Photos and Videos from Tournament Officials

To tournament officials: Please provide tournament photos, tournament videos, or direct links to individual social media posts. After review, we may publish them on this site.

Please submit only material related to this tournament. Photos from award ceremonies and match-action shots are especially welcome.

This form accepts up to six photos or videos in total. Social media links are optional, and you may add up to six direct post URLs from major social media platforms.

After each event/category has a confirmed champion, we will publish event/category-specific results pages. You can add category-specific photos and videos there as well. If you would like an email notification when those pages are published, keep the checkbox below enabled when you submit from this page.

Examples: venue-wide photos with tournament signage, venue atmosphere shots, and ceremony photos or videos. Videos should stay around two minutes and within the upload size limit.

Please keep videos to roughly two minutes and under 64 MB. For larger files, upload them to YouTube or a similar service and paste the post URL in the SNS field.
Use direct post or media URLs only. Profile or account-top URLs are not accepted.
To prevent abusive submissions, tournament-official verification is required only for the first submission. Once an administrator verifies this email address, no screenshot is needed from the second submission onward. Open Tournament Software or an official ITF screen available only to tournament staff, and capture a screenshot that shows the tournament name, your role, and your connection to the event. Always hide passwords and confidential information.
